This is a VIRTUAL LIVE CLASSROOM with a Qualified, Experienced Instructor active in real estate and real estate construction and development.
The process of becoming a real estate agent in Massachusetts is simple as the requirements are straightforward, clear, and less complicated than other states.
You are required to complete 40 hours of pre-licensing education, less than other states where this requirement can be four times higher. Besides, in a classroom, you can also take these classes online, which facilitates the whole process of becoming a real estate agent.

Once you receive a Real Estate Educational Certificate form to be completed by a Board-approved Real Estate School, you can take the real estate licensing exam. You can receive your license on the spot after passing the exam, which is an additional facilitating condition.

In general, if you pay attention to classes, solve the prep questions, and study hard before taking the exam, you will manage to pass on the first try. If not you can retake the class for free.
For just $199.00 and this includes the text book needed to pass the exam PLUS an in class workbook loaded with questions and word exercises PLUS Tips on how to PASS THE EXAM and your PSI candidate handbook.

This class spans over two consecutive weekends from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once you finish the class, you receive the required education certificate to take the exam at the PSI testing center. We are a fully licensed Massachusetts school (#1285) with all the credentials required for you to sit for the Massachusetts Real Estate Salespersons exam upon completion of the state required forty-hour course.
